A Chartered Accountant and fluent French, German & Spanish speaker Paul was Finance Director of a major US investment Bank in France and Germany prior to moving into leasing. As a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an acknowledged specialist in process improvement, Paul has delivered bottom line benefits to many European leasing & fleet operations.

Roger Skinner is a seasoned board-level leader with 45+ years of experience in financial services, specializing in asset finance, automotive leasing primarily with Lombard and GMAC prior to founding Maxxia UK following the Global Financial Crisis.

As Founder and CEO of Maxxia UK, Roger built a challenger finance business from a ‘Greenfield’ asset finance lender achieving £600M in annual originations and a £400M lending portfolio before a successful exit in 2021. Earlier, Roger led GMAC's global crisis restructuring for non – US businesses eliminating $285M in costs while repatriating $2B in liquidity to the US Tresury.

  A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Roger has completed over 40 M&A transactions and currently serves as Executive Director at Anglo Scottish Asset Finance and Non-Executive Director at Knowles Fleet. Recent successes include chairing CLM Fleet Management through its 2024 acquisition by Santander Consumer Finance and co-founding specialist consultancy Finativ.
